I was with my brother or a friend, and was at some sort of bazaar that was happening at a town hall. I found a record and pondered buying it, when I came back the record stall had become a book stall. The record set had become a box set containing two book. The second story in one of the compilations caught my attention as the second track on the album had
one of the books was curious as it started with a copy of a story from a childrens ladybird book, but the copy was so bad that it was illegible. The story continued where the original left off, in a more legible form without illustrations. The rest of the book was akin to a regular paperback
I describe a bazaar, but the record was on the 'arcade' label. Furthermore, the label was yellow while the book is 'the blue book of bedtime stories'. I'm not sure what colour the album sleeve was, and it could well have contained blues music
at this time, I was battling issues that made me think allot about the morality that surrounds various taboo sexual practices, and how society sees them, why they are taboo and so forth
at this particular time, I may have also have been having issues such as with child avs on second life, hence the following interpretation;
the book represents hidden images that may be taken offensively if read in a curtain context. ie, if it is wrong for a CGI child to be allowed to view sexual material, regardless of the age of the person controlling the charictor (second life), or it is considered a serious offence to show any interest in – or raise suspicion of having any interest in the feet of children (wa11y00007), then should a nude painting of a child be considered in the same light as grade 5 child porn (such as a vintage pairs soap ad, a 'growing up' book or a 1920's betty boop cartoon where the original advertising denoted her as a 15 year old girl, according to the age of consent at the time. Bare in mind that in such cartoons, she was also typically depicted as an anthropomorphic dog
the book in question, the blue book of bedtime stories, contains my favourite childhood story, and one that remains favourable with me today. In 'ben rescues a hedgepig', there is one image that might attract the attention of someone who is attracted to children (this video represents the first time I noticed this) while the dragon of blue mountain, like much childrens literature of this vintage, contains such phrases as “the children played gayly together”. There is, of course, also he obvouse matter of “the little blue book”, “of bedtime”
perhaps more pressingly however is the publishers, ladybird books, who ran the peter and jane series. There does exist a book which I would like to get my hands on, for purely nostalgic reasons, and as this was a “growing up” type book, it contained many images of peter and jane on the nod. All of these images were clearly illustrations depicting fictional characters, so where would morality, society and the law stand on me owning a copy of this work, if I could find a copy. My own conscience would have no issue with it regardless of intent, I dare say society, including the regulars to the magic sandwich show, and other such sights heavy on the promotion of critical thinking, would be quick to hunt me down for mealy recalling the damned thing, and the law would slothishly side with such foolishness
the book was illegible as an encrypted file might be, it looked glitched. The text was almost entirely illegible other then some text that was added, without illustration, to the end
in regard to second life, a reporter for sky news reported that he had explored the sims, particularly things like the adult baby sims, looking for dodgy materiel. He eventual found 1 (ONE) “illegal child porn image”, which someone had supposedly uploaded onto a prim and was using as wallart. Even if there is any truth in this, considering the nature of second life, this is almost unbelievable positive. That he had to dig so deep to find material of this kind
I suspect that the image was in fact planed by sky news itself, but when you think about it, one of the beautiful things about this kind of story from the medias perspective, is that the alleged 'child porn' can not be shown for the audience to verify. The picture could have depicted anything. Yet, as a result, linden labs have placed some very strict rules, regarding small avatars and even my little pony avs, in order to cover themselves
as for the transition from record to book, maybe this means that I would be far better off trying to publish a book, rather then an audio recording of my rambling. The transition from brother to friend may have a similar meaning, and even the transition from bazaar to arcade, I once knew and overly desired someone by the name of bazaar, it may be more profitable for me to visit the arcade instead (particularly when expecting cryptic messages of an undoubtedly secretly, and certainly undesirable, sexual nature)
here are readings of the stories from the book. i think "ben rescues the hedgepig" was the one featured in the dream, with hints of tonga. the mouse who couldn't eat cheese is my childhood favorite
tonga the growling tortoise----------------
